Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives by generating leads, making outbound calls, and using emails effectively to expand our customer base and dealer network. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where there is strong opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, social media).
  • – Nurture relationships with potential multifamily clients and access control dealers.
  • – Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations via web/phone.
  • – Work towards sales targets with the goal of expanding our Certified Partner network.
  • – Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader campaigns.
  • – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • – Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • – Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office.
  • – Experience in the access control or related industry is a plus.
