VIZpin Welcomes Three New Team Members

Bob Kessler joins the support team as our Technical Solutions Specialist.  He will be responsible for advanced technical support, working together with our development team for new feature requests and improvements, and assisting with pre-sale technical questions. His recent experience includes the Product Coordinator for Merchant Card Services at Fulton Bank and Technical Manager at Ladyfingers Sewing Studio Inc.

Amy Mowrer joins the customer service team as a Customer Experience Specialist.  She’ll be assisting partners and customers setup their new accounts, manage incoming orders and provide customer service to existing accounts.  Amy has direct customer service experience as a Customer Relations Specialist with Thornberry Ltd. as well as great knowledge in the apartment and property management space having experience as both a Property Manager and Leasing Agent.

Ryleigh Edmonds has joined our marketing team full time after working part time on various projects the past several months.  She is spearheading our Multi-Family Onboarding Program as well as assisting on marketing videos, documents and social media support. She recently graduated from Susquehanna University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

All three bring valuable experience, enthusiasm and a desire for customer excellence to our company to deliver a positive experience whether you’re just exploring access control options or have purchased the VIZpin system and are using it every day.
