VIZpin Smart App Update Includes New Features and Several Enhancements
IMPORTANT: All current VIZpin Smart app users must update to the newest version v5.6.4 by October 14th, 2023. This is a mandatory update. Anyone who does not update to the latest version before October 14th will no longer be able to use the app. Please notify all users on your account as soon as possible.
We’ve made the VIZpin Smart App even better. Here are the new features and enhancements you can expect to see in the new version.
New Feature
Temporary Codes: If you have our VIZitor Access Service, users can now generate temporary codes right from the app. Here’s a quick video to show how this is done. If you are interested in adding our VIZitor Access Service, please contact us.
Enhancements
Improved Video Intercom Experience: We’ve simplified the video calling experience for users in order to see who is at the door and unlock it quickly. We’ve also improved the user experience for answering Entegrity Smart Intercom calls, making visitor access control overall more seamless.
Easy Login Access: Opening the app and logging in to use your smartkeys has never been easier. Users will also be able to refresh individual smartkeys within the app with the new refresh option.
Overall Performance Improvements: Faster unlocks and other improvements to get you in the door quickly.
