Customer Support Representative – Lancaster, PA

Here is most of what you’ll be doing:

  • – Manage customer onboarding process and activities
  • – Serve as first line of support for all customer issues
  • – Update and confirm all renewal opportunities
  • – Ship customer orders out weekly
  • – Support operations with product assembly and updates
