Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You will be a key contributor to growing our overall business. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with unlimited opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing high volume markets such as multifamily, student housing and others by:

  • – Leveraging your network, sales and prospecting skills to find and close new sales opportunities.
  • – Developing relationships with owners, operators, general contractors and architects
  • – Identifying new high-volume applications
  • – Managing and growing our installer/dealer channel
  • – Generating a high level of outbound prospecting activity
  • – Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
  • – Utilizing our CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities from lead stage to closing

Skills & Experience

  • – Success driven with a passion for winning
  • – Resourceful and creative
  • – At least 5 years of experience in property tech, security tech or SaaS sales
  • – Able to travel at least 50% of the time throughout the territory
  • – Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • – Excellent people and presentation skills
  • – Self-motivated, organized, and team oriented

Compensation

  • – On Target Earnings of $135K
  • – No commission cap
  • – Base Salary commensurate with experience
