Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You will be a key contributor to growing our overall business. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with unlimited opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing high volume markets such as multifamily, student housing and others by:
- – Leveraging your network, sales and prospecting skills to find and close new sales opportunities.
- – Developing relationships with owners, operators, general contractors and architects
- – Identifying new high-volume applications
- – Managing and growing our installer/dealer channel
- – Generating a high level of outbound prospecting activity
- – Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- – Utilizing our CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities from lead stage to closing
Skills & Experience
- – Success driven with a passion for winning
- – Resourceful and creative
- – At least 5 years of experience in property tech, security tech or SaaS sales
- – Able to travel at least 50% of the time throughout the territory
- – Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- – Excellent people and presentation skills
- – Self-motivated, organized, and team oriented
Compensation
- – On Target Earnings of $135K
- – No commission cap
- – Base Salary commensurate with experience
