Vice President of Sales

If you want to be a key member of a dynamic, fast-growing property technology company, come join us! We need an experienced B2B sales leader, a “hunter” with experience in Multifamily vendor sales. You will leverage your networking, prospecting, communication, and sales skills to find and close new sales opportunities. The VP of Sales will be a key member of the management team, reporting directly to the President.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for growing our North American multifamily and student housing business as well as identify other high-volume applications for our Access Control and Visitor Management solutions.
Responsibilities
- – Increase sales
- – Establish new relationships with multifamily & student housing developers, operational managers, general contractors and architects
- – Expand existing relationships with owners/developers
- – Get our solutions specified on new construction and upgrade projects
- – Identify new high-volume applications
- – Manage and grow our network of Certified Partners and Installers
- – Utilize all available tools to land new accounts
- – Consistently generate a high level of outbound prospecting activity
- – Follow opportunity development until closing
- – Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- – Utilize our CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities
- – Exceed revenue targets and Key Performance Metrics
Skills and Experience
- – Success driven and desire to compete with the best
- – Resourceful and creative
- – At least 5 years of experience in vendor sales in the multifamily industry or related industry
- – Able to travel at least 50% of the time
- – Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- – Exceptional people skills and communicator
- – Excellent presentation skills
- – Confident phone presence
- – Self-motivated, organized, and team oriented
- – Work smartly, ethically, and professionally to achieve quota objectives
Compensation
- – Base commensurate with experience
