Inside Business Development Manager (IBDM)

In this role you will teach customers about our products and provide them with pricing. You will also connect customers with dealers in their area who can install and support the products. If we don’t have a dealer in the area you will help our customers find one and connect them.

Responsibilities

  • – Respond to all leads quickly and professionally
  • – Identify companies who can sell, install, and support our products and sign them up
  • – Update our customers and channel partners on new products, services and opportunities
  • – Support outbound marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience

  • – Inside or outside B to B sales or customer service
  • – Strong communication skills
  • – Passion for doing things right
  • – Great attention to detail and time management
  • – Desire to learn and solve problems
  • – Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tool
  • – Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Compensation
  • – $70K – 75K On Target Earnings plan
  • – Commission for closing web/phone leads
  • – Commission for signing up new Certified Partners
  • – No commission cap
