Granting Access Just Got Easier

Customers requested it and we’re delivering it! Starting August 16th, managers will have less clicks to grant access to users as we streamline the process to use only Grant by Roles.

Using Roles allows managers to create and save a schedule, then apply it to any user as needed. No more selecting smart devices and changing hours for each day every time you want to grant access. Simply select the user, select the role and grant access!

Plus – if you need to adjust hours, simply edit the role and every user on that role is automatically updated. No revoking, no re-granting and no additional smartkeys are used from your account.

Any accounts that have been using Grant by Custom Schedule are strongly encouraged to transition existing users to Roles.
