Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key contributor to improving our overall business. It is an exciting, fast-paced, dynamic environment with unlimited opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- – Prepare Monthly GAAP financial statements
- – Prepare state and federal tax data for our CPA firm
- – Manage AP/AR
- – Assist CEO with budgets, investor communication and legal documents
- – General office administration including updating policies and procedures
- – General HR including insurances and payroll data for ADP
- – Develop vendor relationships and improve pricing, delivery and payment terms
- – Work with sales and customer care on improving order entry and accuracy
- – Manage Inventory and shipping
Experience
- – 5 years of experience with AP/AR, payroll and operations
- – Accounting degree or experience with cost accounting
- – Attention to detail
- – Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, tax software, payroll etc…
- – Experience managing vendors
